We’re sorry to let you know that we cannot offer you a Renewal quote this year.

This means that your Post Office Home insurance cover with us, any optional extra cover and access to the Legal Helplines Service will end at 23:59 on 5th April 2026.

Whilst Ageas as our underwriter cannot continue to provide cover, there will be other insurance companies who have more flexible terms and will be able to provide you with a quote. You have not been declined insurance. It’s just that you no longer meet the underwriting acceptance risks that Ageas provide for.

We would suggest you contact one of the many insurance companies, including specialist insurers that are available. You may also like to look on the price comparison websites.
