If you have made any changes or had a claim in the last 12 months, this may affect the price and the excess you are asked to pay.
We should tell you that you may be able to get your insurance at a better price if you shop around and compare quotes. As a valued customer, we hope our insurance still meets your needs. The decision is yours, but of course we’d love you to stay with us.

Or you can go onto the online Self-Service Centre and make payment at https://travelinsurance1-training.poi-channel.co.uk/web/selfserve/account/login?logout=1.
If you do neither your policy will not renew and you will need to arrange alternative insurance.
Things have changed.
We’d like to tell you about some important changes to your policy renewal this year. Ageas underwrite our Home insurance and DAS Legal Expenses provide our Home Emergency and Family Legal Protection cover. They have both made some changes to their policy wording. Ageas have also changed some of their compulsory excesses. Please read the Notice of Change document to see these. You can contact us if you have any questions.
By going to our online Self-Service Centre, you can manage your renewal, you’ll be able to see all your documents, and the full terms and conditions of the policy, at any time. It’s quick and easy to register at www.postoffice.co.uk/home-insurance/registration.
Your renewal pack includes the following, which form part of your contract with us:
  • Policy summary
  • IPID – Insurance Product Information Document
  • Notice of Change – what’s changed from last year
The Policy summary sets out your property details and cover limits. It is based on the information you have given us. Please check everything looks right - it’s important that the information is correct, and the cover still meets your needs. The Policy booklet, available here, explains what is covered and what isn’t.
